Welcome to the SCCJA Officer Portal

The SCCJA Acadis Portal is for active officers (Class 1, Class 1 LECO, Class 2, Class 3, TCO (Class 4) and Reserve Officers)

This portal gives you access to your training records and certifications at a glance. Once you have setup your username and password in Acadis, you will be able to view online training that has been assigned to you by your Training Officers, your certifications and classes that you have taken at the Academy. With this information you will be able to keep track of your training and certifications.

If you have any questions about your record in Acadis you will need to contact your Training Officer, not SCCJA. We will work with the Training Officer if any corrections need to be made. (Note:Only classes taken at SCCJA will be listed by name. All other training submitted by your department will show as In-Service.)

Training Officers will have to submit the “Training Officer Access” Form to have full access to your department.

Reminder: Contact your Training Officer if you have any problems. The Training Officer will contact SCCJA if needed
